Entries

The entry period for the competition opens on Friday 10th January 2012 at 12:00 GMT and closes on Thursday 16th February 2012 at 12:00 GMT. All Entries received after the expiration of the competition period will not be accepted.

How to enter

Participants must ‘Like’ the Tech21 Facebook page and follow the instructions on the ‘BRIT Awards tickets’ tab. Signing up a minimum of five (5) friends constitutes a valid entry. One (1) entry will be awarded to each participant who enters the competition. Entry to the competition signifies acceptance for the use of submitted information for the purposes of the competition and related correspondence. Queries about any submitted data and how it is stored and used by Tech 21, or instruction to be removed from any marketing correspondence, can be addressed by writing to Tech 21, Unit 5, Phoenix Wharf, Eel Pie Island, Twickenham, Middlesex, United Kingdom.

Eligibility

Entrants must be 18 years or older at the time of entry. No purchase necessary. Employees of Tech21 and their immediate families are not eligible to enter the competition. This competition is only open to fans residing in the UK.

Winner Selection

Two (2) participants from the eligible Facebook entries who register the most number of friends will each win two (2) tickets to the Brit Awards on Thursday 21st February 2012 at the 02 Arena. In the event of a tie, one participant out of those who recorded the highest number of sign ups will be selected at random.

All winners will be notified by phone or email on Thursday 16th February 2012. If a winner fails to respond to our communications within 12 hours we will assume they have forfeited their prize and another winner will be selected at random. By entering the competition the winner agrees to participate in any promotional activities and materials that may follow the competition. Tech 21 accepts no responsibility for any lost, damaged or delayed entries. Prize Restrictions

The Prize is non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No part of a prize is exchangeable for cash or another prize. If an advertised prize is not available, Tech 21 reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value. Tech 21 reserves the right to cancel the competition with immediate effect prior to the closing date. The prize does not include transport costs, meals, accommodation or spending money.

An additional entry can be earned by inviting two friends to sign-up to the competition. Once the participants friends have successfully registered, the participant will receive an additional entry.
