Tech 21 originated from an OEM manufacturer of unique impact protection systems for laptops and netbooks but it was the iBand for the iPhone 3G in 2007, which put the company on the global map. Tech 21 was the first company inventing a "band" product and using shock absorption material for mobile devices.
Tech 21 is using the same revolutionary technologies as the US Special Forces and Ministry of Defence as well as the Olympic and World championship gold medallist Bode Miller. Tech 21 is the only company offering these proven impact protection solutions for the mobile electronics market.
Tech 21 is located on an island in the Thames outside London. The island has been a home for many inventors; the man who invented the wind up radio still lives here. Rock & Roll is also part of the islands history, Rolling Stones used to be frequent players and visitors in the seventies.
